A lighting system in need of maintenance will, at best, require a few bulb changes and some lens cleaning. At H2O, it’s important to us that season after season, your lighting system will shine as bright as it did when it was first installed. We’ll help you maintain your investment by taking care of your fixtures, bulbs, timers, wires and connections. If you’re still using halogens, we can transition you to LEDs.

Maintenance Plan

Annually, we will check fixtures, bulbs, timers, wires and connectors. We will clean the lenses, review positioning of your fixtures and make necessary adjustments; replace bulbs that need to be switched out, and upgrade any lamps as required; check and re-set timers; repair and re-bury any wires that may have re-surfaced over time; check transformers, and connections. Our technicians will inform you of any repairs we have made and will also make suggestions for necessary improvements and future upgrades.

A question we hear often, simply put, LEDs make sense. Technologically advanced, they’re small, solid light bulbs, extremely energy efficient and long lasting. Other advantages include: reduced maintenance costs, increased safety, a wide variety of application use, not to mention, a rainbow of color choice.

At H2O Irrigation, we rely on LEDs for all of our landscape lighting upgrades and new installations. It’s the only choice – they are designed to withstand shock, vibration and extreme temperature change. Made from non-toxic materials, LEDs are recyclable and considered to be “green.”
